Pick 165

Following the over-arching feel of this draft, the Purple added another local player who fits the mold left by the former braintrust. That lead to some good players for Minnesota but just goes to show that all the buzz words don't actually mean the wheel is being reinvented.

As for pick 165, he played in at least six games all four years on campus and made an impact each season. So it's hard to say whether he's reached his ceiling yet or not but he'll have some good ones to learn from & may be able to be more than a practice squad guy this Fall.
