For Good Measure

With their last pick in the NFL Draft, the Minnesota Vikings selected a long snapper! It's not a kicker, which is good for all of humanity but I guess they just had to scratch the itch for another special teams player. The selection gets even more curious because he's also a service man from the university of the Air Force.

I can't help but think that this was almost a throw away pick but will wait to hear what the logic was behind it because those seventh round selections are what Rick Spielman seems to live for. It's interesting, but I don't know what else to say about it.
